Welcome to Tiger Bait! 5BR, 4BA house in the family-friendly gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach! You'll enjoy 24/7 on-site security and all of the amenities for a stress free stay. Relax poolside in the Largest resort style pool in Destin- with waterfalls and hot tub. Take a leisurely 10 minute stroll or hop on the trolly for a direct ride to and from the beach everyday. Wake up every morning to the sunrise with a cup on coffee on your balcony and then cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen. Towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, beach cart, tent, travel crib, high chair,  & BBQ grill included.

Heated Pool and Trolly are SEASONAL

Beach Shuttle: Starts. March 1- April 13, 2024. Weekend of Memorial Day Through October. House pick up and drop off included

HEATED POOL: March 1- April 13, 2024. The week of Thanksgivng, Christmas, & New Years. 

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen  featuring top-of-the-line appliances like a griddle, blender, crockpot, toaster, air fryer and Coffee pot plus Kurig's on every floor. All  the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.

BEACH ACCESSORIES: Towels, chairs, tent, umbrella, kids beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats

HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, and BBQ grill

RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 7 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper

QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-7am. There is a security guard on duty 24/7, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund

PARKNG: There is parking for 3 small or 2 large vehicles in the driveway as well as additional guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and near the pool area. 

POOL: Each guest will need to wear the wristband provided at check-in, other than small children. Please return all wristbands at checkout

CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings
